SD Card is also available in three capacities, 16GB, 32GB and 64GB. Kingston Party also revealed that the new product is capable of offering speeds of up to 80Mbps data writing and reading data to 90Mbps. The speed was nine times higher than a standard SD card class 10.
With these speeds, Kingston said that the SD card will be able to provide the best quality if used for recording high-resolution video. In addition, the SD card is also equipped with a built-in protection switches which are used to prevent lost data.
Regarding the price, the Kingston has not been officially announced to the public. But one of the online stores in the UK began serving pre-order the latest 64BG SD card is priced at 75 pounds, or the equivalent of 1.4 million dollars.
