But the news about the rift between Google and Samsung was denied by the boss of Android, Chrome and Google Apps, Sundar Pichai. He even said that the rift which heralded in the media never happened.
Even so, Pichai appeared slightly disappointed with Samsung which chose Tizen step in a new smartwatch. He said he would prefer if the smart watches comes with Android OS. But the disappointment each year covered because Samsung put out more than one Android-based devices.
Samsung itself is the largest contributor to the success of Android. In addition, Samsung also recently signed a cross-license partnership with Google involving patents of both companies.
